[Docs] Add Missing Notebooks to Example Section in Documentation

Describe the issue

The following notebooks are missing from the documentation:

• agentchat_microsoft_fabric.ipynb
• oai_chatgpt_gpt4.ipynb
• oai_completion.ipynb

Add the missing front_matter metadata to the notebooks. Additionally, the agentchat_microsoft_fabric.ipynb notebook is having parsing errors when converted to MDX syntax, preventing it from being properly rendered in the documentation.
