Table names for entities depend on Fractl version #1469

Table names for entities, such as fractl_kernel_identity__user_0_5_4, have fractl version in them. But if we upgrade fractl version, they do not migrate automatically.

@muazzam0x48 Have you tried the fractl db:migrate command?
