Improvement and Aesthetics Feedbacks for the edit submission page

Requirements

• Update "Metadata vocabulary used" property selection to include all O'FAIRe listed vocabularies

• Create an identifier input component ontoportal-lirmm/bioportal_web_ui#459

• For "Prior version" propose 2 options: (1) "Use PORTALNAME value" and save in the backend the AgroPortal URL OR (2) "Provide a link or version IRI" and show an URL input to set it.

• In the edit submission page we can remove all the contacts and save successfully, even if the contacts are required.

• Sous "Has equivalences with" mettre la phrase "PORTALNAME has detected mappings or possible alignements with other ontologies" et afficher la liste des ontologies cible dans le portail (ou pas) des alignements qu'on a trouvé au moment du parsing... permettre a l'utilisateur de "selectionner" les bons resultats pour remplir les valeurs de la propriété has equivalence with"

• Sous "Similar too" mettre la phrase "PORTALNAME has detected an important number of lecical match or term reuses with other PORTALNAME ontologies" et afficher la liste des ontologies cibles pour lesquelles le nombre de mappings (LOOM ou SAME_URI) est au dessus de 30% du nombre de classes/concepts de l'ontologie... permettre a l'utilisateur de "selectionner" les bons resultats pour remplir les valeurs de la propriété "Similar too"

• Au dessus de Generally related to mettre la phrase phrase "The following properties (inspired from multiple ontology relations work) take for value either an ontology already in PORTALNAME or a link or URI to an external ontology.=> Et utiliser un systeme pour slectionner une onto du portail ou donner un lien (un peu comme pour has part sauf que la tout est stocké dans le meme champ de métadonnées).

• Le champ "URI Regex Pattern" doit en gris faire une sugegstion qui correpsondrait a la regex obtenue en enleabnt la fin de l'URI obtenue dans "exemaple of resource" => dan mla plsu part des cas c'est le cas;..
