invalidate cache does work only per user #548

To reproduce

login as a user
Choose an ontology and edit one of its metadata, e.g status, and save
as a logged-in user you will see the changes, as the cache did get invalidated for that user
logout and you will see that you will not see the changes as the cache did not get invalidated for the other users or the not logged in UI.
