Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Use URL :
https://data.agroportal.lirmm.fr/ontologies/EO/download --> obo file
https://data.agroportal.lirmm.fr/ontologies/OFSMR/download --> obo file
while with the request :
https://data.agroportal.lirmm.fr/submissions?display=hasOntologyLanguage&display_links=false&display_context=false
we have
{ "hasOntologyLanguage": "OWL",
"@id": "https://data.agroportal.lirmm.fr/ontologies/OFSMR/submissions/4",
"@type": "http://data.bioontology.org/metadata/OntologySubmission
},
and
