To set up the website:
1. Install XAMPP
2. Drag the folder into /htdocs

All you really need is to have a php server to host this site so any equivalent of XAMPP should be fine.

We have a live version up and running at tweetsweep.net
you will need to have the alpha key to gain access to the service, so you actually use this link:
