physicalQuantity, as used by labs and vitals, violates the x_y naming convention we use. More importantly, C32 data from VA comes in as data type ST, or string, and isn't divided into value/unit pairs. To fix, we should turn physical quantity into a more generic quantity object capable of handling various quantity styles.
