[Feature Request] Generate filtered DAT file

Hello, thanks for this tool. It's exactly what I was looking for to trim my collection to 1G1R sets.

Would it be possible to have an option to generate a filtered DAT file given a DAT file? It would really help when you're starting from scratch using a ROM manager. You'll also get lists of missing ROMs.

A filtered DAT has already been requested. I'm going to work on it, but I can't promise dates :( it's going to happen, just the "when" factor is not exactly determined.

As for the rest, yes, I can add a list of missing ROMs.

I'm starting to think I need some refactoring. The tool grew a lot from its original incarnation and I got a lot of code now. Time to some proper project structure
