Are you considering the migration to Bootstrap 3, for full mobile support?

yes, definitely. But I cannot start to working on that before they release the stable 3.0 version, pre-release version of BS3 is changing fast.

What is the status of developing this project? When are you planning to support Bootstrap 3?

Actually the project is stalled, because I've no longer spare time to continue the project, my current job is to time consuming that it leaves me very little time, and then my family cames first.
However it is NOT dead, I'm looking for volunteers to contribute to the project.

Hi @aozora, sorry to hear about your situation with bootmetro, but life happens and always will. I would like to help keep the project moving forward, especially with the port to Bootstrap 3. Please let me know.

Jeff

Hi @jhuntsman, thank you very much for your help. I just added you as collaborator in BootMetro github project.
Send me a note if you need anything :)

Bootstrap 3.1 got released recently. Any idea when BootMetro will be updated?

Hi @AgileAce,

I have been working on a Bootstrap 3.1 version to use in a few internal web apps, but I'm doing it a bit differently, AND IT'S NOT OFFICIAL, so take it with a grain of salt. However, you are welcome to look at what I've got. My web apps don't use all of the features of bootmetro, so I've only ported in what I'm using for now.

I'm experimenting with "inheriting" from bootstrap and concentrating on adding in the additional constructs of bootmetro. I've setup a bootstrap repository based on v3.1, and I'm creating bootmetro sort of like a theme. To use what I've done, include bootstrap.css first, then include bootstrap-metro-theme.css. You can also just include the bootstrap-metro.css file which includes everything (I've not tried it that way yet).

It's a work in progress, and I've changed some of the names for now because I'm doing it so differently, not sure if @aozora would approve of my method or just want me to officially fork.

My personal repo is: https://github.com/jhuntsman/bootstrap-modern-ui

Regards,
Jeff
