User needs to reload page to see newly added avatar

Describe the bug

After uploading avatar for first time, user needs to reload page to see it.
It is working if user is changing avatar. Problem occurs only when user is providing avatar for first time.

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in as a user with no avatar
2. Click avatar icon in top right corner
3. Click Profile
4. Click on camera icon
5. Add some image
6. Notice alert Avatar successfully changed.
7. Avatar is not visible, need to reload page to see it

The issue doesn't happen every time — I only encountered it the first time, and I can't reproduce it again by creating new users. After uploading, the image to the backend isn't accessible through the URL from the response on the first try; on the second try, it becomes accessible.
