Sync with base theme

This is forked from Ghost Attila . The latest version 1.5.0 is released.

• Evaluate what are the features they have added
• Port those to here if needed.

I think it's best to target specific new features introduced in the Ghost version of theme than to try to follow it exactly like it is upstream. Pelican theme is a port, not a fork of Ghost one. The code bases of these two projects differ significantly since the day one and it would require great effort to keep them in sync. There is no user demand for feature parity or visual similarity with the Ghost theme, so we should not treat new features introduced to that theme any differently from the new features introduced to any other blog theme for any other CMS. I think what most of our users want is a good Pelican theme, regardless of its relation to the Ghost theme.

@arulrajnet, awesome work! I love the dark theme function.

I would like to feedback a problem after visiting this new version.

When I switched into mobile device, a search icon is displayed in homepage, as shown in picture below. Search button is unable, so it is a little confused. Removing the icon maybe a good choice.
