后台框架，用 frameset 搭建的，在里面调用报错： TypeError: top.dialog is not a function

当我把这个页面脱离 frameset 框架，直接访问的时候，就完全可以操作。

是否是个BUG？？

我也遇到 但应该不是BUG

top 页面没有 dialog 对象，可能没有引入 dialog 的脚本
