Log to Video Visualization and breakdown

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
While playing arena I have to clutter my UI quite a bit with spell history addons to ensure I can view what my partners are doing for their globals on a playback watch.

Describe the solution you'd like
Moment by moment log replay and video sync. It would be nice to scrub through the cooldown/global usage and death/kills to see how it lead to the specific result.

This is an extremely large feature request, it's something many have asked for before, and I agree would be a good feature. I'm undecided if I want to invest the time to implement it currently.
