前3个月10斤(126->116)。哈哈哈。没有节食,只有运动。

除掉偶尔心情不佳没吃晚餐。一般晚上7点半后运动。运动仅半小时,去掉心情不佳+身体不佳+周末偷懒,没有每天都运动。

本胖子觉得靠节食减肥两天都坚持不下来。特别想念容易肥胖的食物。

现在打算减到100(目前111吧),早中正常吃(不能吃撑),增加运动量(1小时),运动完吃点垫肚子不能多。一天能瘦0.3-0.5KG.
