ASA: Fuel Type Descriptors for Grass Curing

Describe the task
Adding to both fuel type infographic and the text bulletin, the degree of curing resulting in advisory conditions in grass fuel types.

Acceptance Criteria

• Use a date lookup to determine what degree of curing was applied to grass fuel types (O-1A or O-1B) each day throughout the fire season.
• Add degree of curing next to grass fuel types in the advisory bulletin, e.g. O-1A (>= 65%)..

Additional context

• A batch file is used to apply degree of curing to SFMS via a GIS job.

• Comments in the XML file indicate the following date ranges are used to switch the degree of curing value for the entire province as follows:
  • November 1 to July 15 - 60%
  • July 16 to July 30 - 70%
  • July 31 to August 15 - 80%
  • August 16 - October 31- 90%
