./sample_command will run the upload_video.py script

It file that gets uploaded is hardcoded in the sample_command script

To change the account that the file gets uploaded to, delete upload_video.py-oauth2.json and re-run sample_command.  You will be prompted to choose the account where the video should go.

Choose either TelePatriot or TelePatriot-Dev

The stuff in client_secrets.json was created manually by going to https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/credentials
