Hi @geekidentity, the system has timed out in the initialization phase, this is usually due to resource pressure or network issues, in this case, the password can only be found in the log file by

grep password $HOME/.olares/versions/v1.11.1/logs/install.log

though be aware that the available activation page does not mean a fully operational system, some services may still have not initiated and are not working properly, their status can be checked by kubectl get pod -A
