[BUG] App locks up/stuck refreshing if there is a preloaded/encrypted steam title in library #433

Describe the bug

Monster Hunter Wilds was preloaded on my system and had not yet released, upon launching DLSS swapper to alter the DLL's of another title the splash image of MH wilds was the default text string and the rest of my library would not refresh and show their current DLL's.

I was unable to alter the DLL's of another title until it was finished refreshing but due to whatever the app was trying to do with the still encrypted MH wilds files this would not complete and i was locked out of the functionality of the app.

Upon decrypting the files this morning as of the game being launched and available the app now works as normal.

Steps To Reproduce

Have any preloaded and yet unreleased title in your steam library

Expected behavior

All titles among game libraries are scanned for DLL's and are then either displayed with a version number or N/A

Interesting one.

I'll try hunt down a preloadable game to replicate and fix

@beeradmoore I tried using this with Delta Force and I feel like thats when my app started non stop loading. I have Delta Force and Marvel Rivals on steam. Rivals worked fine, I think after the previous driver update, Delta started having an issue
