[RE2R] Leon B run some areas not reachable

What happened?

Since tis Leon B run, I cannot go to RPD east corridor as the door to the east outdoor area is locked from inside, the only another way to get there is through parking garage. However, then down in the basement, I cannot get to the electricity room because the square crank is inside of [RPD - East - Break Room] where I cannot reach, deadlock situation.

Same to STARS office corridor: valve handle is in [Rpd 1F East Corridor C] which is unreachable, while the door on the other end is locked from inside, cannot reach there, where the rook chess piece can be found, the run has to be ended ni sewer.
