Extended Window Styles support

Hello! Thanks you for this amazing plugin, but is it possible set EXSTYLE (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/winmsg/extended-window-styles) to a window?
I need to make a window translucent (transparent background with opaque) and transparent for clicks (WS_EX_TRANSPARENT) in flutter app (use case - transparent overlay that display some updated data).
