TOTP feature stopped working on Bitwarden Extension after Latest UI Update

Self-host installation scripts issue

• I understand this repository only tracks self-host installation scripts and any other issues should be reported in bitwarden/server

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open web browser
2. Open bitwarden extension version 2025.1.0
3. Go into a listing that uses TOTP
4. scroll down to TOTP section
5. There will be no TOTP code generation and you'll only see a "Premium" green button.

*Also a side note: TOTP auto copy to clipboard feature hasn't been working for me for at least 6 month

I am on a paid family subscription.

Expected Result

TOTP codes are generated and able to be coped.

Actual Result

No TOTP code generation and met with a "Premium" button
