Consider disabling Install / Build+Install when Target: Auto detect and no USB/simulator available #227

Context: installing to WiFi.

  1. Open Config.
  2. Make a change, Save.
  3. Switch to Build.
  4. Click build+install.
  5. Error about no connected device.
  6. Select Target: q5.
  7. Click build+install.
  8. Error (e.g. bad package name).
  9. Switch to config.
  10. Make a change, Save.
  11. Switch to Build.
  12. Click build+install.
  13. Error about no connected device.

While, it'd be nice if the target persisted, between 7 and 12, I think it'd also be nice if we could proactively note to the user that auto isn't going to work right now.
