Public - FE - Home Type

Home type appears on the public site as a tag near the listing image.

We will need to update the function we use to generate listing tags to include the home type as a tag if that field is filled out.

These are examples of what the home type tag currently looks like in Detroit:

We will not want the tag to be green in core though, because our core availability tag is green. @slowbot I didn't see a home type tag in Figma - what color should this tag be?
