Spin up Doorway AWS infra under exygy account

In preparation for the google fellows, and also to make our lives easier we should spin up the doorway aws infra under the exygy account.

This would allow us to better test, and trouble shoot issues with doorway's infra. It would also get us a space for the google fellows to make changes without affecting doorway prod until we have QAd it and made sure it won't cause breakages in the production env.
