Add option to select friend list in settings view

Based on my user testing, this should be priority 1
User should be able to select friends to be quizzed on. There are 2 options: (1) let user select friends from his entire friend list
(2) Let user select region (like city/area) or network (like Uillinois / xyz high school) or lists (these may not be available from facebook as they are private?)

We need a smart way for the client to ask the server for questions regarding only these limited friends, not random friends.We can discuss this here...

Also, I believe that this is the only main feature lacking right now, and once we have this done and polish other things, we can release the app on the appstore!

The network thing should be tricky. I had the impression that Facebook was
gonna retire it but it was there.. anyway couldn't find a "network"
object.. anybody else found it?
