phantomProc.kill not working in Windows 7 #145

When we set a timeout in the options Object , webshot callback is called but the phantomjs.exe process doesn't get killed. So phantomProc.kill(); doesn't seem to be having any effect.
Anyone knows how to go around this one?

We are having the same problem. Were you able to find a work around.
