Interact_by_URL commenting wont work

I set these options and given a URL in interact by URL but it only likes the post but won't comment it

hmm maybe you have to add something to the MEDIA part ? Try out Photo with a capital P

otherwise this could be a problem with instapy. does it work setting up instapy without gui with this ?
