The extension doesn't seem to work on 58.0+. When saving, it first pops up a download window prompting to save readTiddlySaverInstruction83359723, which seems dismissed (can not find it in the specified folder) and then a second download window for the actual wiki. This repeats every time. If you cancel once, the prompt doesn't appear anymore and the wiki is never saved.

@clayrat thanks for reporting. there was also a question I answered here about this:

This did not happen to me with xubuntu 14.04. Most probably the update has changed the default download preferences to 'alway ask where to save files'. Unfortunately there is no api to read the preferences so there is no way to inform the use to change them. The user prefs need to look like this:
