A fix has been made in #1 by @addyett to handle the & character properly in the web widget.
All special characters should be handled properly, especially in the SVG file which does not have any fix whatsoever at the time.

For instance, the song "on & on" by piri & tommy viewed with the SVG file output will output this error:

As a result of this, since the SVG is "corrupted", it will not display at all on a GitHub profile - not even the frame and artwork alone.
