Contributing to GraphRAG Local Ollama

We welcome contributions from the community to help enhance GraphRAG Local Ollama! Whether you're interested in adding new features, fixing bugs, improving documentation, or suggesting ideas, your contributions are highly valued.

How to Contribute

  1. Fork the Repository

  2. Create a New Branch

    • Create a new branch for your feature or bug fix: 
      git checkout -b feature-name

  3. Make Your Changes

    • Add your feature or fix the issue.
    • Ensure your code follows the repository's coding standards and passes all tests.

  4. Commit and Push Your Changes

    • Commit your changes with a descriptive commit message: 
      git commit -m "Add feature: [feature name]"
    • Push your changes to your forked repository: 
      git push origin feature-name

  5. Create a Pull Request

    • Open a pull request to the main repository.
    • Provide a clear description of your changes, including the purpose and any relevant details.
    • Mention any issues related to your pull request.

Feature Requests and Ideas
