Bringing up a riscv64 Ubuntu VM image under lima on a Mac M1

Thanks for all the RISC-V bringup work, @carlosedp !

One small contribution: at lima-vm/lima#930 I describe how to update the experimental support for a riscv64 image under lima and limactl on a Mac M1. A file in the Ubuntu distribution moved and the pointer needs to be updated.
