Steps to reproduce

在创建任务时，在host栏填入机器列表中不存在的主机名会成功创建
点击运行后，可以运行，但是无法暂停或者kill，因为机器列表中不存在，也不会被夜莺管理

...

Expected behavior

可以判断出不可执行的host，或者创建后，对不存在的host直接判断错误，返回失败

Actual behavior

正常创建任务，运行也会出错
