It's not about Nesicide itself, but if I'm trying to download fresh windows binaries from page https://knob.phreneticappsllc.com/nesicide/?s=download then site bintray begins to show page with 'Bintray has been deprecated, but there is more...' information.

Yeah BinTray has been deprecated or paywalled or whatever. I'm not about to pay for deployment. But also, I haven't had time to sort it out another way.
