Add prompts (and maybe command line options) to owaspbwa-update-all.sh to ask 
the user if they would like to update each component.  This will allow users 
who discover an issue updating one component to revert to an earlier VM 
snapshot, then update again skipping that component.

Also include a command line option to skip the prompts and update everything 
non-interactively.
