Describe the bug
WE have heartbeat check alert for our ECS Fargate and it is giving false alarms
not_reporting.detector(stream=signal, resource_identifier=None, duration='20m').publish('CRIT')
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Nominal "ok" state of the detector
2. Evolution of the monitored data and specific constraints
3. Moment / situation when detector falsely raise (or not) alert

Expected behavior
Alarm should not fire when data is getting into charts.
