I think we should update https://kubernetes.io/training/ to include a reference to PCA:

https://www.cncf.io/certification/pca/

I'd probably put it in the "Get Kubernetes Certified" and rename it to "Get Kubernetes and Cloud Native Certifications"

Per kubernetes/website#37190 (comment), I think this will need an enhancement proposal to update Kubernetes policy around linking to other projects.
