Major role in the program directory is to ensure that the search engine

These procedures are not required to be installed, for a new site is concerned,
you do not need these programs. If the search engine
Included on your site is relatively small, or you do not care included failure,
then you do not have to upload these procedures.

Installation:

   Choose the program directory where your site was placed before,
   for example, if you previously used the Discuz! Forum,
   select discuz Directory.
   Upload the program directory to the installed Discuz! X in the root directory.

   If you have previously installed a UCHome program,
   you need to enter uchome,
   the files are uploaded inside To Discuz! X directory.
