In Twitter, when searching for a term, a message appears after 20 seconds (over the feed of tweets) saying N new tweets are available. Clicking on the message will load the new tweets.

Port this functionality so the user is informed after some seconds about how many blocks are available. If the message is clicked, load them above the already visible.

/api/blocks?from=<BLOCK_SIZE>&limit=<COUNT>
