Looking at tc_javaplugin.ini, I guess the following files should be put in %COMMANDER_PATH%/javalib:

errormessages.ini tc-apis-1.5.jar tc-apis-1.6.jar tc-apis-1.7.jar tc_javaplugin.ini

How about these jars?

JavaEWAH-0.5.6.jar jsch-0.1.46.jar org.eclipse.jgit-3.1.0.201310021548-r.jar
