Edit index.js hot reload stop working #24

Hi guys!

Why if you edit index.js after comment area hot reload stop working?

To replicate:

download via curl
npm i
npm run dev
edit index.js adding console.log('test')

node version v9.11.1

resolved import different module in index.js

import app from 'app'
