locks up when theres week signal

ok so i wrote some code and in it i had to disable and enable it ever 4 seconds because if i was just out of range it would stop working even when i move back in range ive tryed truble shooting it and used myReceiver.blink13(true); to help and when it stops like this it stops blinking i don't know if i using the
