We already receive data with INCR property, but we don't use it to send data.

Receive data w/the INCR property mechanism (#9)

At the moment we only receive data with the INCR property mechanism,
we don't send data with this mechanism yet.

Note: I've removed the cached reply just to simplify the code.
We might add the cache in a near future.
