A customer reported this, and it might be happening on internal deployment as well. I believe @mohanbaabu1996 has examples

Let's start by confirming whether this is still happening. If so, please start a proof notebook that exposes more detail (show keys & relevant columns, no DISTINCT, FULL OUTER JOIN, etc.), answers "Under what circumstances is it missing?", ""Under what circumstances is it present (if ever)?", etc.
