Multiple spans around the same word

If I want to highlight the same word/token with two different markers, it will not work. Currently I have to highlight a wider range for the second span (example attached). Also It would be convenient if the labels would then be stacked on top of each other (of course only maybe to a certain degree) or placed next to each other.
