使用代码

预估原因file-mediatype="all"导致的，设置为image后走的是选择手机相册是正确的

期望file-mediatype="all"依旧走的是手机相册

这是微信中的文件系统所限制，选择文件只能从最近的会话中选取，因为 all 的情况包含了文件，所以只能从最近会话选择。
