Cannot find any lyrics, even the same song used on the app documentation - The Cure, The Lovecats.
Searching forever, never finding...

I think the application is sorely lacking in database source.
You need to manually download the lyrics (https://www.megalobiz.com/lrc/maker) and put the file in your ~/Music/LyricsX folder. Try renaming the file to [Song title] - [Artist].lrc

My app fetches lyrics directly from Spotify and has a 1:1 timing match with the songs! Please try Lyric Fever at https://lyricfever.com. Not to shamelessly advertise on a competitors github, because LyricsX was my inspiration, but it is old and outdated in many ways now.
