One invoice page errors with

TypeError: O[0] is undefined

and shows nothing below that. In the response I see that lineitems is empty ([]) so it is something on the backend too. But the UI should handle that I think.

decred/politeia#1430 says it fixes the issue on the backend but we may still want a more graceful handling on the UI.
