Allow all FFI & VarFileInfo fields to be set using macros

At present only file & product version numbers may be set using macros.

It would be consistent to enable all the other fixed file information fields to permit the use of macros too.

Having done that it makes sense to enable the language and character set fields to be set similarly.

Should issue #84 be implemented it will be important to allow at least some if these fields to be set using macros because conditional compilation of for e.g. file flags and language would be important for that proposal.
