Methods such as Citations.syncItemCitationsWithWikidata create citations that may include target item fields beyond those supported by the Citation Editor.

Having so much information about target items may clutter the citations note attachments (#13).

Centralize the decision of which item fields to include and which to exclude on the SourceItemWrapper's citations setter.
