fields like logdir should be accessible on run/job or task #48

since there's no ambiguity, any field in run/job/task should be accessible lower down the job/run/task hierarchy. In special cases of 1 job and 1 job 1 task, they should be accessible on higher level up the job/run/task hierarchy
